La Zenia gets fitter

CALLE ROCIO in La Zenia has had a bit of a face lift. As well as the green areas being cleared and spruced up, the Orihuela Town Hall has also installed a new children’s playground and a fitness park designed especially for elderly residents of the area, to keep fit and healthy.

Earlier this week members from the German Speakers Association, who live near to Calle Rocio, tested out the new equipment and thoroughly enjoyed their workout in the spring sunshine.
