AIRLINE ‘Emirates’ has transferred its training centre for pilots from Australia to Spain, and will now be training them in Jerez de la Frontera, Cadiz. The centre takes 12 students every 16 months, which is the duration of the course. Trainee pilots will carry out 175 flight hours will different planes, 50 hours in simulators and 760 hours of theoretical classes to obtain their Commercial Pilot License.
