A MALAGA school expelled a four-year-old boy who kicked and spat at his teacher. However, the child had to be readmitted the following day when the Nuestra Señora de La Luz school realized that regulations prevent children in Infant School (three to six years) from being expelled. The boy has three other siblings at the school.
His parents said they punished him with no TV or sweets, but they say that this is not normal behaviour for him.
