A BRITISH man residing in Albox has reported to the Guardia Civil that he has been the victim of five burglaries in 18 months. He has installed security systems in his home, as he reportedly works for a British security company which is in charge of the safety of the British Royal Family, but this has not prevented the burglaries.
In the most recent case, two hooded men armed with baseball bats broke the door and several windows and stole items amounting to €4,000, including TV sets, a camera, a DVD recorder, a computer screen, a mobile phone, a radio, a drill and even the security systems themselves.
