Belfast to Alicante flights announced

JET2.COM is making it easier for those from Northern Ireland to visit the Costa Blanca this summer. Appropriately for St. Patrick’s week, Jet2 have announced a brand new flight schedule from Belfast International Airport to Alicante, this summer. Jet2.com already fly from Belfast to Murcia but as Ryanair announce a possible cut back in flights, Jet2 are looking to expand their operation into the Costa Blanca.

With Alicante’s new Terminal Three about to open the new flights are a welcome addition for the Tourism sector allowing Northern Irish passengers an opportunity to also book holidays in nearby holiday destinations of Benidorm, Torrevieja, Calpe and Denia.

Sister company Jet2holidays is offering a choice of hotels and apartments on the ‘White Coast’ combining flights, transfers, two to five star hotels, ATOL protection and a decent 22kg baggage allowance.

The new Jet2.com flights and Jet2holidays breaks will depart every Monday for the peak summer period of 27 June to 29 August. Alicante will be the airline’s 13th destination available from Belfast International Airport and flights are now on sale from only £39.99 one way, including taxes.

Jet2.com now flies to 13 destinations from Belfast: Alicante, Blackpool, Dubrovnik, Geneva, Ibiza, Jersey, Leeds Bradford, Majorca, Menorca, Murcia, Pisa, Tenerife and Toulouse. Jet2 are now actively promoting the new service, which is available as either a package holiday or flight only.

Monday’s flights are conveniently timed for early afternoon arrival in Alicante, allowing travellers time to make it to their destination, grab a bite to eat and be on the beach to enjoy the afternoon sunshine. More details on this new schedule and Jet2’s other flights from www.Jet2.com.
