PALMA Town Hall has been cleared of the responsibility of not having prevented the collapse of Edificio de El Forti on Calle Rodriquez in Palma in October 2009, in which seven people died. “No evidence” was found of the alleged cracks reported be residents and the “town hall could not have avoided the collapse,” assured Town Planning Councillor Yolanda Garvie.
