THE 58-year-old British man shot in Benalmadena last week has been named as Peter Christley. Police reported he had been twice in the stomach and in the leg, but they believe that it may be a case of mistaken identity, as the victim does not appear to be linked in any way to organised crime.
He is said to be in a serious but stable condition, and is on a ventilator.
