THREE Britons were arrested for allegedly kidnapping a Moroccan man from a Malaga Shopping Centre at gunpoint. A woman reported that her friend had been kidnapped by two men and a woman. The victim was apparently taken to a house in Benahavis where they demanded €104,000.
However, he managed to escape and alert the police. The house where he had been held was found and the three people arrested.
Police have not ruled out the possibility that the kidnappers may have got the wrong person.
