MALLORCA – THE PROSECUTION in the fraud case involving Balearic real estate company the Kühn and Partner has asked that a former group finance director be given a 12 jail year sentence for his part in an operation between 1999 and 2001 to steal €354,242 from company accounts.
The former employee for the troubled real estate company has been charged with fraud, misappropriation of funds, and falsifying documents.
It has been suggested that the two people who worked with him to carry out the theft should both receive sentences of four years.
