MALAGA Provincial Court has declared that it will not hear the case against 17 Guardia Civil charged with taking money from passengers at Malaga Airport in exchange for them getting through customs without questions.
The case has been sent back to a lower court. The officers were arrested in February 2006. Some were due to retire and others had received merits awards.
