IN the last decade each adult individual has become 43 percent better paid. There are winners and losers: Iceland and Argentina pulled the short straw dropping income value by 13 and 43 percent respectively.
The winners were Australia, China, New Zealand, Poland and Romania. The clear winner was the Russian Federation. The income of Russian citizens has increased six times; from $1,700pa to $10,408. It is still playing catch-up though, the Global Wealth Report said.
