IT has been revealed that 30.1 per cent of Spanish adolescents aged 10 to 16 are victims of cyberbullying.

An ever-growing form of victimization, Spanish journal Adolescent victims of cyberbullying: prevalence and characteristics studied a group of 1,431 Spanish adolescents.

American Writer Alexis Moore, founder of non-profit crime victim agency Survivors In Action, saw there were no resources for parents on this online discrimination phenomenon. After learning that a young teen sharing the same name as hers committed suicide after being bullied, she wrote the book A Parent’s Guide to Cyberstalking and Cyberbullying: Protecting your children as simple as 1-2-3 to help empower, educate and inform parents. 100 per cent of the book proceeds are donated to charity to aid victims and expand resources.
