BEWARE: Warning signs going up in Mijas.
MIJAS Town Hall has installed signs on local roads to alert drivers that there are often cyclists in the area.
Permission has been given by the Junta de Andalucia to put up the signs on the roads from Fuengirola to Mijas Pueblo and on the Camino de Coin, both of which are very popular with cyclists. There have been many accidents on both roads involving cyclists.
