THE fifth edition of the ‘Alhaurin Rock’ music festival gathered a 400 person audience. The rock festival took place at Alhaurin de la Torre’s municipal park, where the three local bands; Trifulca, Mayering and Distrito 10, played for more than three hours. The Culture Councillor Isabel Duran had decided only to include bands from Alhaurin in this year’s festival to promote local musicians. According to town hall, the event was a success due to the musicians’ ability to create a ‘vibrant atmosphere’ and connect with the audience.
