IN the somewhat remote village of Santapetar, between Huercal Overa and Taberno, El Molino Bar & Restaurant owner Jane Lowdon, organised a special Charity night.
It was in aid of Fundraising in Arboleas, Caring for Everyone (F.A.C.E.).
With a Country & Western theme, Kris Kelly supported by ‘Carrie's Dusty Boots’ provided the evening's entertainment.
A raffle was held, which was for prizes donated by the bar, to which the small, but enthusiastic audience contributed €67.
In addition the hire of books and videos had also raised another €40.
F.A.C.E. would like to thank Jane and the rest of the staff at El Molino Bar Restaurant for making such an effort in making the evening into the success it undoubtedly was.
