Winners of the Spectacle Wearer of the Year Competition Announced

After a month-long competition, Specsavers Opticas have announced the winners of the first Spectacle Wearer of the Year Awards in Spain. The first prize has been awarded to Daniela Mari Curtis from Torrevieja, who submitted a lovely picture of herself in her bold, dark rimmed glasses. The judges thought the photo was really natural and that Daniela summed up clearly and simply the reasons many people love their glasses. She commented; “They make the most of my eyes. They represent who I am, I don’t feel the same without my glasses on.” Daniela has won a makeover, photo-shoot and a pair of designer frames in celebration of all those people in Spain who look amazing in their glasses.
