BLAZE: 266 evacuated as fire breaks out in hotel in Spain

A FIRE forced the evacuation of 266 people from the hotel Eurotel Punta Rotja in Costa de los Pinos, Mallorca this morning (Monday)
According to Guardia Civil a hotel client suffered from smoke inhalation and needed treatment from emergency personnel.
Evidence points to the fire breaking out in one of the hotel rooms, although an investigation will be carried out to confirm the cause.
The fire was extinguished by several firefighters and customers have been returning to their rooms.
