Mesut Özil at Mood Beach, Mallorca

Mesut Özil, the superstar midfielder, fresh from the South African world cup, was spotted at Mood Beach Bar and Restaurant in Costa D’en Blanes last Saturday night enjoying a late dinner with friends. He is pictured here with the manager of Mood Beach, Sr. Jaime Caceres. “We are always delighted to welcome new guests to Mood,” said Sr. Caceres, “we hope Mesut will return for our anniversary party next week”.

There is speculation about Özil’s professional future at the moment as two English football clubs are both considering making bids for the player, whilst his current club, Werder Bremen, hope that the 21 year old player will sign an extension to his existing contract in preparation for their Champions League campaign.

In the meantime, Mallorca can be pleased to have welcomed another famous sporting professional for their summer break.
