ALMERIA - FINES and the fear of losing points from their licences is helping people in Almeria to stop speeding on the A-7 and the A-92, reducing the number of deaths on the road in the past few years. The province has eleven radars, which registered 171 infringements in the past year. However, although the number of fines has fallen on the motorways, they have increased on the province’s roads and speeding is still the major cause of accidents.
